Because if you keep doing like that, the purpose of server rules dies.
It really doesn't matter who is near or not, who are you fighting with. If you promise me what I asked you above and take this report as a warning, I would back off my report.

Edit: The world id change to prevent spawn kill. If teleport need to change to world id then it's not a teleport. Just use /spawnloc instead
