i was just having fun with him, not like if it was in a real fight with real enemies(you arent even counted as enemy ) so ik its against rules. Thats why i request them to warn me rather ban.

well, the guy Deathstep was me, i called him for sum fun and he did that infront of me. no one else was around him. Knowing the fact that evade is not allowed, i've no problem with it since the thing was done against me.

In above reports the same excuses were from Kody too.
He said that it was for fun and playing games pop up bla bla bla.

I disagree with you but still if you think it is like that, I would like to hear from you that you or anyone from your clan won't make this excuse in the future. Because if you keep doing like that, the purpose of server rules dies.

It really doesn't matter who is near or not, who are you fighting with. If you promise me what I asked you above and take this report as a warning, I would back off my report.

This is not the attitude anyone who have broken a rule (in any circumstances) should come up with. Anyway, its upon the Staff. I said my words right.

man why the hell you acting like you're one from staff ?. look my point is clear there wasn't anyone around them both were doing fun fight. we can't host our own server for fun, according to my mind set if the guy whose kill is evaded got problem then the victim should be banned, but if he got no problem then why you want him to get punished, let me clear a simple thing " abusing is also against the server rules, so if your are abusing your clan mates for fun, so am i supposed to report you ?. admin should reply me about this even you should, if its allowed to interfere between friends then believe me i can fill up this report section with 100 of reports.

(dont count hacking rule breaks with this statement, thats another thing)
