Change world id when teleport

Suggestion for:(Forum/Server) Server
Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): Change world id when use /goto or /gotoloc 
Extra notes: When we spawn our world id get changed for some moment. This advantage provide us some time to move and prevent the spawn killing. Today i teleport to my friend and when i spawn near him some of his enemy start attacking and give me no chance to move or defend. ( which can be called tele kills and Maiyun is expert in it ) So what you guys think about it ?

Edit: The world id change to prevent spawn kill. If teleport need to change to world id then it's not a teleport. Just use /spawnloc instead

If you got tele-killed once then don't teleport to the same place again
