We cleaned the ban list before. The situation remained same. For example, thunder_bird still was using his stupid hacks ,hunting  and casper with their abuse. In the case ban list going to cleared some players might be an exception in this. Like Gerz told players who got banned for provoke they might be shunned perma or for some months. Players like thunder_bird or devilkiller might not get unbanned.
