I don't get how they accepted you in staff, while you don't even know how the system works,

See bro you break the rules twice once for death evasion and second for Illegal Modification. You got unbanned for the death evasion but not for the Illegal Modification. You already mention here can you describe about your ban id 1947 ?

Aaron never reduced your ban time. You are still banned for more than 3 months. You formatted your PC in order to change UID. so you can join the server. So I don't see any mistake from Broly.  You clearly evaded your ban..

are you out of your mind? check my bans history, you'll see every ban i've got, Aaron is the one who banned me for 22 days for death evade at 2020/6/11 even i was banned already, and that ban bypassed my old ban and that's how i got unban, i just saw that in my bans history then i joined the server, i thought Aaron reduced my ban, It's not my fault. use your brain.

PS : you are saying " you formated your pc to change Uid bla bla bla", If i did all of that just to evade my ban, Then why did i join with Wsx5 nick? Don't talk here if you don't know anything.

You are just trying to proof that you are innocent. I think I am not out of my mind but you are. I checked your join list. It showed that you joined from a new pc or formatted pc just to check are you unbanned or not. You should watch your language. This goes to your ban appeal or in discord.  Grow up.
