Were you inside the bank that time? Can you explain what happened?

Pretty sure that he accepted a duel when he was inside the bank, game set his state in the right world but forgot to remove the invulnerability from the bank's location (since technically his last position to which he will return after the duel is still inside the bank), The script probably took his last position into account that being the bank itself.
