Ferrari was banned before for doing such this thing, If you see you have different ban time

I don't play on the server hence I don't have the entire report section in my head; only things I have come upon myself. And I'm pretty sure that goes for every player too.

Still, http://ec.vc-mp.co.uk/index.php?topic=3355.msg18464#msg18464. And Ferrari's report is just 2 days later.

And so, the question remains: why am I getting punished for a non-existent rule? A rule that exists only in staff's private section, but not in public?

More can be found if you look deeper in the reports section.
Most of them were reported by you, it basically means that you're the one who started to bend the rules according to your needs, isn't it? I too got punished for those rules which aren't even mentioned in server rules topic, i posted a thread because of it, i didn't got any sort of justice but they modified the server rules topic, if Ferrari32 was banned 2 days ago or anyone who got reported and had a ban before, it was server staff responsibility to post an update for a rule that come to existence by your reports, krystian is innocent.
