Remove this rule or disallow shooting through cars entirely. It makes no sense whatsoever.

No, we have it for some reason. Players who can't resist themselves from spawning cars are whining more about it.

I rather have this for every single vehicle then, not just for ones being spawned.

Management has already discussed on it. shooting through default spawned cars isn't a issue. Anyone, who loves shooting through cars may use default pos cars.
