Nah, debit card is prepaid, you use what you got in your card, it ain't going to get billed, you'll need a credit card, or PayPal funds, you can load via your bank account I guess, I am having both bank and card linked and my account is verified, thus I am allowed to do so, but I don't think so debit card will work, since most of them requires one time password these days, or maybe it's with Indians only.. try your luck..

Looks like this both payment method doesnt works in Malaysia. Paypal only got one bank authorization and payoneer need prepaid card

I wanted to donate very much before but this wasn't implemented yet, thank god it is now. The problem is, I'm 17 & cannot have a PayPal account. I twice donated in a server but there was a guy in their staff who had PayPal account, I've sent him money in Pakistan via local transfers(EasyPaisa etc) but unfortunately that guy is no longer available. Is there any solution for that?
