Hi Mates
There is function in EC script if player is inactive more than 8 months the account gets removed so i want to know this is also applied with banned players ? those who are banned for 1 and more than 1 years

I guess no. It won't delete banned players accounts. @Human. can say more in details.

Yes, it currently remove all accounts inactive for more than 8 months, no matter it's banned players or even admins and developer :P
