its Subnet Ban dude which mean you're banning the IP start with X.X.*.*
Example 39.42.*.* , So the Script target the ips start with 39.42

It's not bugged or something, back in 0.3,there used to be retards like you in massive number, because of that, management had no option but to ban whole subnet,  they used to add exception,  to let all play, it was all okay, about Darkwolf,  so the guy himself is doubtful, it's not script bug, but some of his identity probably matched with the banned guy, stop being a sick kid making trash threads like, maintain standard of online server forums and your own.
