Why you want to ignore anyone? unless they starts abusing you?

Abuse is the main reason i want this command to be implemented , if you just take a look at reports section you will mostly find reports regarding abuse, which clearly doesn't do shit and it's the biggest hassle for server administrators, by implementing it you won't see any player reports regarding abuse, there will be less forum spam and more time for administrators to focus on different aspects of the server.
in 0.3 we couldn't do more but it's time we should change our self to the new client and step into the future by utilizing new features of vcmp 0.4 .
