Hi, I was going to upload videos on Sunday but lost all my data while video editing due to power outage.
Therefore i will re-record and upload all relevent proof by tonight. I will also answer all of your questions zkq, kody, lumberjack.

so this guy used the tool to re-create the Scenario same as Lumberjack, record and then post against him, well as lumber mentioned it was his display issue and proved his side, Azal denied lumber's statement that lumber is pulling his power cable of monitor on purpose and using the tool behind his game well he decided to show proof that how lagtool works which he did in different server and posted the video which surely means he got the tool, but luckily we recorded some clips of Bloodclaw (under alias) with same movements and lags in EC, so i am damn sure he's been using the tool for unfair advantage over us in EC.

About anti-cheat however: I've sent this to VC:MP Developers and i hope they can come up with a solution even though it is less likely

Yeah man you can do exactly that, I was just in a hurry to record so i didn't practice alot with the lag tool just told alone to record me so yeah big thanks to him.
However yes, this can be used and made to function for shor intervals i just used it in the most blatant way for recording purposes.

He accepted in his last reply over the topic, that he tested lagtool and used the videos as a proof against LumberJack.
